RS-150D Deep Foundation Crawler Drilling Rig is high efficiency
drilling rig mainly for anchoring, jet grouting and dewatering,
which is well designed and produced by Roschen Group Limited. This
series of drilling rig is all hydraulic operated drill in
accordance with the construct requirements of subway, high rise
building, airport and the other deep foundation pit.
Main characters:
1. The maximum speed is up to 170 r per minutes, and comparing the
RS-135D, the speed has increased by 20%. When construct on soil,
using twist drill can make the drilling efficiency more impressive.
2. Energy saving, high efficiency: Although the power remains the
same, the work efficiency is highly improved.
3. Compared to RS-135D, the speed increases, and the torque has
increased by 10% while the maximum rotary torque can achieve
7500NM.
4. With the new hydraulic system, the structure is simpler, the
layout is more reasonable and the operation is more humanized.
5. Compared to RS-135D drilling rig, the drilling efficiency
enhances by 20% or more.
Based on different stratum, we can adjust torque and rotary speed
of drilling rig to increase drilling rig’s adaptability. At the
same time, we can adjust torque and rotary speed according clients’
