Product Description:
1. Drilling rig Characteristic:
With different combination methods,the rig has the function of air
drilling, air hammer drilling, auger drilling, mud drilling for
mineral exploration prospecting. It is suitable for beach, snow,
grasslands, forest, swamps, the seasonal farmland etc. The drilling
depth is 20meters.
It employs hydraulic driven, simple to use and easy to maintain.
The machine selects the mature products of well-known specialised
company of the world, for example: Kubota, Hawe, Stauff, Eaten, and
do on guarantee the rig reliable.
The rubber crawler chassis is driven by hydraulic motor via gear
box. It has high speed, low ground pressure, strong adaptability to
ground surface. The hydraulic operation of chassis walking or rig
can use the remote control or manual. It means the demand of
vegetation protection and green construction.
The rig is powered by 14hp gasoline engine, it is the ideal power
in field reducing fuel consumption.
Slide way type mast is made of rectangular section material slide
plate by welded together.
The rig equipped new type power swivel, which separates the fluid
circulation channel and the bearing shell, and which can reduce the
probability of bearing damage.
Drilling tools hosting/pull down through roller chain system driven
by a hydraulic motor. System adapt 12 A type sleeve roller chain to
ensure the lifting power to meet the 1500kg at the same time safely
and reliable.
Drill rig equipped with the weight balance system to ensure the rig
working in the smooth movements, reliable safe and under load. The
system sets the hydraulic balance valve and pressure relief valve.
